Horizontal and Vertical Silicone Polymer Line Post Insulators: 15KV - 69KV

These 15KV - 69KV Horizontal and Vertical Line Post Insulators are molded from Silicone Rubber exclusively. The end fittings are made from galvanized forged steel. The fiber glass rod is made from Boron-free ECR-Glass. Cable clamp and stud base dimensions are in accordance with ANSI specifications. The stud base of the insulator and the galvanized steel gain base are made with mounting hole locations that can adapt to existing gain bases and hole locations in the pole. Trunnion mount clamps are available as required. 

Tie Top Silicone Polymer Line Post Insulators 15KV - 69KV

The Tie Top Insulator is offered in five voltage classes:
• 15KV: 'C’ or ‘F’ Neck
• 25KV: 'C’ or ‘F’ Neck
• 35KV: ‘F’ Neck
• 46KV: ‘F’ Neck
• 69KV: ‘F’ Neck
These insulators can be mounted on either the ARP-GBH "horizontal" or ARP-GBV "vertical" steel gain base to work in a variety of configurations. Top end fitting is anodized cast aluminum and bottom end fitting is galvanized forged steel. The fiberglass rod is made using epoxy resin. Sheds are molded from our electrical grade silicone rubber.

Integral Bolt Actuated Top Clamp Silicone Polymer Line Posts 15KV - 69KV

• These single bolt actuated Line Posts can be installed in either Horizontal or Vertical applications utilizing "ARP's" galvanized cast steel horizontal or vertical Gain Bases
• Top End Fitting is made from cast aluminum anodized and the Bottom End Fitting is made from galvanized forged steel for maximum strength. Base dimensions are in accordance with ANSI C29.7
• The solid fiberglass rod is made from Boron Free E-Glass
• The adjustable clamp accepts conductor diameters from 0.30" (7.6mm) to 1.34" (34mm)
